Oleochemicals, the substitute of petrochemicals, are on the rise as sustainable and bio-based chemicals as recognizing importance of environment costs. Among them, fatty acids and their chemical derivatives abound in our living environment. Here, we have developed engineered fatty acid overproducing strain by enhance of mainstream of fatty acid synthesis pathway.
