This study was conducted to examine the effect of different media on rooting and growth characteristics of Cannabis sativa ‘Sevur Haze’ cutting in a closed-type plant production system (CPPS). The cuttings were stick on the 50-cell plug tray filled with rockwool (RW), coir (CO), peatmoss (PM), or peatmoss 50% + perlite 50% (PM + PL) on October 27, 2020. The plug cuttings were rooted during 14 days under temperature 24 ± 1°C, relative humidity 63 ± 10%, a photoperiod of 24 hours (light), and a light intensity of 120 µmol·m<sup>-2</sup>·s<sup>-1</sup> photosynthetic photon flux density provided by LED (white: red = 8 : 2) in a CPPS.
