A standard rose cultivar, ‘Yellow Charm’ was selected for cut flower from the progenies of a cross between ‘Sky Line’ as a mother plant and ‘Tara’ as a pollen plant by rose breeding team of the Gyeonggi-Do Agricultural Research and Extension Services(GARES) in 2020. ‘Sky Line’ and ‘Tara’ was crossed in 2012 and seedlings were produced.
