Microfluidic devices are developed as 3D in vitro platform for mimicking a number of disease microenvironments and to be used as drug screening assays. I will first describe a recently developed system for investigating cancer immunotherapy in microfluidic system with microvasculature. Then I will move on to discuss work in generation of oxygen gradient microenvironment and the study on cancer cell migration and anti-cancer drug testing using the system.
