The present study is one of the few that investigates the association between Leader Member Exchange and Organizational Innovation in Bangladesh. It has focused on the mediation effect of Intrinsic Work Motivation and moderated role of Technological Turbulence between LMX and Organizational Innovation. The samples (N=217) has been gathered through convenient and snowball sampling methods from the employees of different service, manufacturing as well as service and manufacturing both types of organizations. SPSS 24 and AMOS 16 have used for testing data reliability, validity and discriminant validity; for testing hypothesis SPSS and Hays process macro has used. Results shows, Intrinsic Work Motivation fully positively mediates between LXM and Organizational Innovation. In addition, Technological Turbulence directly do not have significant moderated effect between LMX and Organizational Innovation but have significant fully negative moderated effect in presence of Intrinsic Work Motivation as mediator. This study added value to the existing theory that though Intrinsic Work Motivation has full positive mediation but Technological Turbulence playing as a negative roles of indirect path relationships between LMX and Organizational Innovation. In practical implication manager should be aware of expecting positive outcome form Technological Turbulence, in presence of other important construct that have greater influence in organizational innovation.
