Alternative splicing (AS) is a key mechanism of gene expression that plays a crucial role in developmental stages and tolerance to variable environmental stresses. In this study, abiotic stress-responsive AS events were analyzed using 78 RNA-Seq data including cold (CT), heat (HT), drought (DT), and salinity stresses (ST). We identified a total of 61,072 putative AS events in CT, 55,368 in HT, 52,982 in DT and 52,327 in ST. In putative AS events, differential alternative splicing (DAS) were found in 3,428 AS for 772 differentially spliced genes (DSGs) to CT, 5,336 for 1201 to HT, 1,109 for 101 to DT, and 822 for 97 to ST.
