Through this study, the characteristics of the low-rise resort hotels located on the slopes and the architectural planning characteristics of the resort hotels sold from 2015 to 2020 were analyzed through eight case studies to derive the characteristics of the architectural plans for each type of slope use. We tried to present basic data useful for planning resort hotels located on the slopes. Through permanent, the following four were derived. First, the layout analysis was a layout type according to the contour line, and the ground was formed through suspension, and the maintenance and management of large sites and facilities, and the economical performance and functionality were given priority. Next, the orientation, view, and privacy were given priority with the arrangement at a right angle to the contour line Arranged as. Second, the combined form analysis is mainly divided into one-piece, separate, and distributed types. Because the area of the resort hotel is not large, there are mainly two types of separate type and distributed type. Third, in the method of using the slopes, it was divided into public areas and lodgings, and classified into stop, class, partial reclamation, and skip. In the common part, a large area of ground was formed through a stop, and in the accommodation part, the stop and floating were used preferentially. Fourth, through the accommodation unit analysis, the majority of the units of the slope resort hotels entered the slope from the top, and the piloti structure and terrace were used to minimize the destruction of the local natural ecology and the natural environment, and were in harmony with the topography. The incense was mainly used in the south, southwest, and southeast of the mountain area.
