The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of coach-athlete relationships in Elite Sports on athletic satisfaction and athletic performance. To fulfill this purpose, the study selected 483 Elite athletes registered to the Korean Sport Olympic Committee(KSOC) and verified their satisfaction and performance using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis through the SPSS Statistics 22.0 program in line with the purpose of the study. Thus, the study drew the following conclusions. First, coach-athlete relationships in Elite sports had a positive(+) impact on the external environment and an athlete’s life, among the subfactors of athletic satisfaction. Second, coach-athlete relationships in Elite sports had a positive(+) impact on in-game performance and athletic life performance, among the subfactors of athletic performance. Lastly, out of the subfactors of athletic satisfaction for Elite athletes, external environment had a positive(+) impact on athletic performance, while an athlete’s life had a negative(-) impact.
