In this study, the efficacy of anti-obesity and mechanism studies were conducted in ob/ob mice through in vivo animal experiments using low (150 mg/kg BW) and high (300 mg/kg BW) concentration for 6 weeks treatment with Meretrix lusoria-derived enzyme hydrolyzed peptide material (ML-PROP: Meretrix lusoria protamex extract). The results in ML-PROP group shows the reducing blood sugar levels, which was obtained by the glucose tolerance test. Likewise, AUC was reduced by 20.1% when compared to the CON group, which was judged to improve insulin resistance due to obesity. The concentra ... 전체 초록 보기
