Rehmannia glutinosa belongs to the perennial herb of Rehmannia in Scrophulariaceae. Rehmannia glutinosa has been used as an traditional medicine, and is important resource for natural medicines and functional foods. We compared the antioxidant components and antioxidant activity of Rehmannia glutinosa produced in Korea according to the cultivation area(4) and cultivation farms(10). The polyphenol content was found to be in the range of 28.25 to 45.09mg/100g, and the flavonoid content was found to be in the range from 19.43 to 37.70mg/100g.
