The acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) have good adhesion properties to adhere to different substrates, which makes them a good candidate for use in electric vehicles for fixing battery packs. But it has some limitations, as general PSAs have very low glass transition temperature (T<SUB>g</SUB>) and low thermal properties. To increase these properties, we adopted two techniques in this study.
