On February 18, 2019, the Communist Party of China formally issued the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(the New GBA Plan), which is an important guide to the current and future cooperation and development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(the Greater Bay Area). The government document emphasizes the importance of collaboration among ports, the so-called ‘port integration’ in the GBA. The objective of this study is to provide an integrated development strategies of Port Clustry Band in China. This is done by applying SWOT/AHP analysis. Fifteen SWOT factors and the relative weight of SWOT groups were examined through focus group questionnaires with professors, consultants, and policy-makers at Great Bay Area. Based on SWOT and AHP analysis, this paper suggests possible S/O, W/O, W/T, and S/T strategies which can be undertaken to develop integrated development strategies of Port Clustry Band. It is believed that the SWOT strategies would stimulate the competitiveness of ports in the GBA and create throughputs of the area.
