The aim of this paper is to define a new class of Hurwitz-Lerch-Zeta functions by itroducing two classes of meromorphic functions in terms of the Srivastava-Attiya operator. Coefficicient inequalities, growth and distortion inequalities, as well as radii of meromorphi- cally starlikeness are obtained. In addition, some intresting properties depending on some integral representations are discussed.
