This paper is the study on routine and crime of Korea-China society in the eighteenth century, focused on 《Luzhougong'an》 and 《Humhumshinseo》 「Chenbalmusa」. 《Luzhougong'an》's author is Lan Ding-yuan, he was an upstanding local official in early Qing Dynasty. 《Humhumshinseo》's author is Jung Yak-Yong, also he was a eminent scholar and a local official in the late Joseon period. The two works are case of a trial in the eighteenth century and Gong'an narrative, included routine and crime of Korea-China society. Also, this paper is the study on social aspect and human properties in the two works. First, aspects of routine and crime in the two works was caused by tyranny of the power, debt dispute, family troubles, Beatings, theft, robbery, false accusations, distrust, tombs dispute, irrigation dispute. Cases of a trial in the two works are kaleidoscope of routine and crime of Korea-China society in the eighteenth century. Secondly, various types of people and human properties in the two works was exposed through a shyster lawyer, cruel pirate, pseudo religious sect leader, corrupt officials and petty[minor] officials, cruel people of the upper classes. As a result, the two works was clearly showed social aspect and human properties through routine and crime of Korea-China society in the eighteenth century.
