This study proposed that the blended teaching method would be proper for the next generation who would stay longer in the digital space than in the real world. In this blended course for teaching Korean, learners also will achieve the critical literacy for consuming the on-line cultural contents. This course will give the chance of producing the digital contents with friends in the on and off-line classroom who were at the Zone of Proximal Development. This classroom project will be useful to solve the worldwide digital divide problem between the old and the new generation. The purposes of this blended course are the enhancing the Korean language proficiency and the achieving the digital literacy needed in understanding, producing and distributing the multi modal information. Now we need a national strategy for spreading Korean language education worldwide. The professional researchers should supply the multi modal teaching materials equipped with the national standard and high quality which will be utilized by the regional off-line classroom. The government authorities should support this combining strategy between professional researchers which will develope the on-line course and the regional blended learning programs which will manage the on-line teaching contents considering their own educational environments.
