Rapid population growth and increased demand for freight transport have multiplied the necessity for designing an efficient transportation system in recent years. The use of hubs facilities in distribution networks has resulted in a remarkable reduction in costs, the number of communication routes, and energy consumption. This study was carried out to design a multi-objective hub facilities location-allocation problem under uncertainties with important parameters, considering the importance of using hub networks in transportation systems. The aim was to diminish fixed and variable costs of the distribution network and the maximum time elapsed in the network. For this, a new mathematical model was developed and proposed to orient hubs under uncertainties. The mathematical model was solved using the epsilon constraint method and genetic algorithm (GA) and artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm. From the results, the ABC algorithm performs better than the GA algorithm on a large scale.
