This is to study how to provide incentives to establish emotional safety at construction sites. These incentive related items such as self wearing safety equipment, PPE condition, suitability of safety facilities, satisfaction level for safety facilities, TBM efficiency, need of safety training, work improvement due to emotional safety incentive, consciousness improvement due to emotional safety incentive, work satisfaction, satisfaction of welfare facilities, communication satisfaction are analyzed to find out correlation level with R-square and confidence level, statistically. Many items as of incentives which construction engineers consider have been provided at construction sites, subjectively. But It is shown that most of them could not be contributed to establishing efficient safety emotionally, different from what most people have thought so far. Practically needed activities for emotional safety are shown in this study. It is also found out that new policy for establishing emotional safety should be made and provided at construction sites.
