The purpose of this study is to identify teachers' perception on pregnant teens and their educational right and the difference of perception according to teachers' characteristics. For this purpose, data were collected by randomly sampled self-reported questionnaire survey, from 252 teachers of 32 middle and high school all over Korea, from October to November, 2007. Major Findings of this research are as follows. First, the teachers' perception of the pregnant teens were mostly negative. Second, the teachers' perception of the pregnant teens' educational rights were relatively negative. Third, significant differences of the teachers' perception were shown according to teacher's sex, age, education, roles in school, guiding experience with pregnant teens. Therefore, in-service teachers' training programs and social and educational policy should be developed and provided for changing teacher's negative perception of pregnant teens and their educational rights.
