The purpose of the paper is to develop a job-oriented ESP curriculum to improve English major students’ professional qualifications. For the purpose, the needs of the target university and students were analyzed, and the job analysis was conducted. Based on the analyses, the curriculum was developed as follows: the ESP curriculum is not incompatible with the regular EGP curriculum; it consists of three programs called tracks; each track aims to develop track-specific English ability; it focuses practice and internship. It is expected that the curriculum meets the students’ current orientation toward English learning and improves their English skills necessary in their future jobs.
