This study analyzes the relationship between administrative officials' participation in sport activities, their contribution to organization, organizational efficiency and job satisfaction and aims to reveal the connection of structure of organization and sport activities and further emphasize the importance of sport activities in modern society.First, as a result of analyzing correlations between their general characteristics, participation in sport activities, contribution to organization, organizational efficiency and job satisfaction, correlation between general characteristics and their participation in sport activities showed a significant difference in sex, age, education and annual salary and contribution to organization has correlation with sex, age and education.Second, the effects of general characteristics on participation in sport activities were significant in sex, age, education and annual salary.Third, as a result of analyzing the effects of general characteristics and participation in sport activities on contribution to organization, sex, age, education and participation in sport activities showed a significant influence.Fourth, as a result of analyzing the effects of general characteristics and participation in sport activities on organizational efficiency, age and participation in sport activities showed a significant influence.Fifth, as a result of verifying job satisfaction, organizational efficiency, contribution to organization and participation in sport activities, annual salary, position, participation in sport activities, contribution to organization and organizational efficiency showed a significant influence.
