To analyze the impact of the styles of leadership, the performance and satisfaction of the athletes on cohesive power, 413 high school and college athletes are selected randomly, whose athletic fields are basketball, soccer, volleyball, handball and baseball. As a result of comprehensive study on the related factors influencing cohesion of the group, reformaitonism in leadership style and task completion in performance are the most important factors. To reduce the conflict between the coaches and the players, and to pursue the same objective, reformationism leadership style is most desirable.
