This study focuses on positively clarifying the relationship between level of training of Taekwondo trainee, school-related adjustment and learning attitude. The subject is set as the group of trainees of Taekwondo center located in Daegu currently at May 2005, selected 480 persons in total using Stratified Cluster Random Sampling, and used 448 questionnaires in total, excluding the 32 inappropriate or irrevocable questionnaires as final study data. These are the conclusions after conducting frequency analysis, correlational analysis, multiple regression analysis using SPSS 12.0 based on the data collected from 448 persons. First of all, level of Taekwondo training has significant effect on the recognition of school -related adjustment. In other words, level of training has positive influence on relation of friendship and study activities, and period of training has negative influence on learning activities. Secondly, level of Taekwondo training has significant effect on the recognition of learning attitude. In other words, period of training has negative effect on autonomy, and frequency of training has positive effect on autonomy. level of training has negative effect on interest, and intensity of training has positive effect on interest. Thirdly, school-related adjustment has significant effect on the recognition of learning attitude. In other words, relationship of teachers, participation, study activities has positive effect on autonomy, and relationship of classmate, relationship of teachers, study activities has positive effect on interest. and study activities, relationship of teachers has negative effect on confidence. especially, relationship of teachers and study activities has largest influence on learning attitude.
