The Counseling in sports is an educational activity between the helpers like a sports psychologists and participants like players or a coachs who need helping through individual relationships. Also, the counseling is very significant because it can have a thorough grip on problems through conversations and specific actions. Roger's person-centered counseling emphasizes the interviewer's experience consistently. Because the problems to be solved is inside of the interviewee. This study would like to apply Roger's person-centered counseling to a bowling player who loses his confidence in order to grasp that cause and the degree of confidence and to report cases of change with counseling analyzing whether the confidence is improved or not and how to improve.
