Golf has been recognized with an advanced and luxurious sport in Korea.To improve the recognition of golf, we have to be away from superficial information and the popularization plan is needed to improve the expansive golf culture of Korea. The golf culture is recognized correctly in this study. So It has been analyzed and examined the popularization plan of golf. As a result, the conclusion is like the following. First, A golf sport has rational policies and has to be away from the burden for it to be an advanced and luxurious sport. With the government's help, it has to play a role of the public sport and it has to minimize the damage of nature when a golf links is built. Second, the members of the golf links have increased recently. So, the business needs to be diversified in each golf links because of the competition of the business. Third, it needs to be minimize the cost burden to purchase the golf products. And the government needs to give people to purchase the golf products the benefit like exemption from taxation. Fourth, it needs to be increased advertisements through the media, golf manners, the watching method, the game schedule and place, and unless the public has negative feelings, it would accomplish the development of golf. Therefore, golf has enough possibility to induce leisure culture of Korean into wholesome directions. The popularization of golf is just needed as a sport culture of Korea because it is anticipated for Korean to continually increase the interests about leisure and health.
