The purpose of this study was to examine how the motivation of the art high school students affects satisfaction, involvement and continuous participating intention and what causal relationship the variables have one another. Two hundred eight questionnaires were distributed to art high school students and two hundred fifthy-eigh, eighty-four male students and one hundred and seventy-four female students, were used for the analysis. Cronbach's α and exploratory factor analysis were conducted to inspect the reliability and the validity of the questions. The multi regression analysis and correlational analysis were conducted to inspect the causal relationship. Their satisfaction affect directly flow and affect continuous participating intention. In addition, student's dance motivation(internal motivation, external motivation) directly affects continuous participating intention.
