In this study, an empirical experiment was conducted on the Hybrid Desiccant Cooling System to which solar-heat-source were applied. In addition, alternatives for each situation were suggested for the problem situation that was concerned due to the characteristics of solar-heat-source, and empirical experiments were conducted on them. Under the conditions of TOA = 32℃, RHOA = 45%, Tst = 70-80℃ and TSA = 22℃, the results of the cooling process were found to be similar to the rated conditions with Treg = 70℃, Dehumidification = 4.5g/kg. If the heat storage tank temperature is lower than 50℃, the Treg can be maintained at an appropriate temperature by stopping the operation of the heat storage tank load side pump, and if the heat storage tank temperature is higher than 85°C, using both the load side pipe and the bypass pipe can prevent damage to the Desiccant rotor. Therefore, it is believed that solar-heat can be applied effectively to HDCS by controlling the hot water supply according to the temperature of the storage tank such as the experimental conditions. It is also expected to lead to the expansion of the solar market as the stability of the solar-heat system is expected to be secured.
