    Hydrogen fuel cell electronic vehicles are eco-friendly, however, becoming a commercial scale has been faced a difficult situation because of the expansive price of the vehicle. Among increasing price factors, a hydrogen storage container is the secondly expansive factor due to the fact that current manufacturing approach of the container, winding a plastic liner by carbon fiber simultaneously immersed in reinforcing agent liquid, is unequable quality of the outcomes and consuming too much time. Many related industry circles have been improving and showing new types of the winding machines, but still the machines are huge, sophisticated, and closed. To solve those issues, developing a simple mechanism operating winding machine with fast operating time is necessary.
