The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of improving upper extremity function in the treatment of stroke patients using an artificial intelligence-based personalized multi-mortal cranial nerve stimulation treatment device that can provide a neural feedback technique to control brain stimulation treatment by measuring real-time changes during treatment. The 96 subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group 1 received sham tDCS and occupational therapy. Group 2 received real tDCS and occupational therapy. Group 3 receives treatment using a personalized multi-modal cranial nerve stimulation therapy device. The tDCS stimulation intensity is 2 mA, 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week, for a total of 8 weeks, the lesion side primary motor area is stimulated. The following evaluations are performed before treatment, immediately after 8 weeks of treatment, and 4 weeks after the end of treatment in order to investigate the safety and improvement of the paralyzed upper extremity function according to the treatment. Fugl-Meyer Upper Motor Score, Manual muscle test, Range of motion, Korean version modified bathel index, Modified Ashworth Scale, Motor evoked potential, K-MMSE, K-MOCA.
