This study aims to understand the relation between choice of leisure activities and body image of people in MZ generation. Those people in their MZ generation start appearing as a new leading role in the market as they take up the weight as much as combining the baby boomers and Generation X in the aspect of population distribution. In the results of the analysis, first, there were differences in body image according to the choice of leisure in MZ generation. In the results of analyzing the significance probability of differences in choice of active leisure and choice of passive leisure, the body image showed significant differences according to the choice of leisure. Second, in the results of analyzing differences in body image according to the choice of leisure(active leisure-passive leisure) depending on gender, the men showed significant differences in body image(appearance perception, interest in weight) while the women did not show significant differences. Third, in the results of analyzing differences in body image according to age, the people in their 20s showed significant differences in body image (appearance evaluation, appearance perception, interest in weight) while the people in their 30s did not show significant differences. Fourth, the body image did not show significant differences according to monthly average income, occupation, educational background, and the number/hours of participation in leisure.
