This study examined the effect of selection attributes on perceived value and leisure satisfaction in Traditional Korean housing experiencing business. Samples were collected for tourists who have experienced hanok stay within the last three months. The analysis was performed with a total of 232 samples. The results of this study are as follows. First, the Traditional Korean housing experiencing business selection attribute was derived from a total of five factors, including service, convenience, cleanliness, and atmosphere, and environment. Second, it was found that the Traditional Korean housing experiencing business selection attribute had a significant effect on the perceived value. Third, it was found that the Traditional Korean housing experiencing business selection attribute had a significant effect on leisure satisfaction. Fourth, it was found that the perceived value of Traditional Korean housing experiencing business had a significant effect on leisure satisfaction. These results will expand Hanok Stay and provide meaningful implications for business owners who operate hanok accommodation.
