연구목적 본 연구는 엘리트 대학 복싱선수들의 기초체력과 전문체력을 측정하고 변인 간 상관성을 분석하는데 있다. 연구방법 남자 대학생 엘리트 복싱 선수 20명을 대상으로 신체조성과 기초체력(악력, 배근력, 1RM), 전문체력(버티컬 점프, 롱점프, 사이드스텝, 앉아서 메디신 볼 던지기, agility T-test)을 측정하고 체력 변인 간의 상관분석을 실시하였다. 결과 제지방량은 배근력, 수직점프, 사이드스텝, 전면코어파워, 체지방율은 배근력, 벤치프레스, 제자리멀리뛰기, 전면코어파워, 배근력은 전면코어파워, 수직점프는 제자리멀리뛰기, 사이드스텝, agility T-test, 제자리 멀리뛰기는 agility T-test, 사이드스텝은 agility T-test, 전면코어파워, 전면코어파워는 체지방율, 배근력, 벤치프레스, 사이드 스텝과 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 벤치프레스와 스쿼트 1RM의 체중 당 근력은 전면코어파워와 유의한 음의상관관계를 나타냈다. 결론 기초체력과 전문체력의 상관관계는 적고, 전문체력간의 상관관계가 다수로 나타났으며, 복싱 경기력과 기초 및 전문체력의 관계성을 규명할 후속연구가 필요하다.
PURPOSE The purpose of this study is the Physical Fitness and athletetic performance of elite college boxers and analyzes the correlation between variables. METHOD Twenty male college elite boxers were tested for body composition and Physical Fitness(grip strength, GS), back strength, BS, 1RM of bench press, BP and squat, SQ) and and athletic performance(vertical jump, VJ, long jump, LJ, agility T-test, side step, SS, Sit-up & throw test, ST). RESULT The results showed that there were statistically significant correlations between back muscle strength, VJ, SS, ST and LBM. Body fat(%) was correlated with BS, VJ, SS, ST significantly. back strength was correlated with ST significantly. vertical jump was correlated with LJ, SS, agility T-test significantly. long jump was correlated with agility T-test significantly. side step was correlated with agility T-test, ST significantly. Sit-up & throw test was % FAT, BS, BP, SS significantly. 1RM per body weight of SQ and BP showed a significant negative correlation with front core power. CONCLUSION There was little correlation between physical fitness and athletic performance, many correlations between athletic performance, and follow-up studies are needed to investigate the relationship between boxing performance.
