The language we use reflects our perception. In particular, the perception and value judgment of the target are more evident because new words have clear user-generated intentions. If so, the ‘change’ of new words can be said to represent the ‘change of perception’ of users. Therefore, I tried to record the changes in language and perception by investigating new words for 15 years. In terms of creation, first, the number of male and female-related new words has decreased for 15 years. Second, the gap between the number of male-related new words and female-related new words has decreased. This can be seen as a reflection of the change in attitudes that used to target men and women or split them into specific standards. In terms of meaning, first, positive expressions increased and negative expressions decreased. Second, disparaging expressions have decreased. The decrease in negative expressions and the increase in positive expressions amid the decline in the number of new words related to men and women itself can be seen as a decrease in the intention to lower a person's value. In particular, expressions that sexually objectify parts of the body of the other sex or other sex have been significantly reduced. This shows a mature attitude toward men and women.
