Objectives: Demand for Internet of Things/Artificial Intelligence (IoT/AI) home-care service for the aged and disabled has been increasing since boosting aging society, low birth rate, and growing need of ‘non-face-to-face’ services. In order to provide optimized service, demand survey is necessary, but related studies are insufficient. This study aims to analyze the priority of demand for the vulnerable targeted IoT/AI home-care services in service providers’ perspective. Methods: By combination of Delphi survey and Analytic Hierarchy Process, priority among 21 services were measured according to 4 evaluation criteria (urgency, importance, usefulness, and feasibility). Results: As a result, services which had the highest priority in sum of four criteria’s scores were safety related services such as gas valve automatic lock, finding location, and emergency SOS call. On the other hand, services providing information or operating devices had lower priority. Conclusion: Stakeholders considered the vulnerable’s safety as the most important thing by assigning the highest priority to the safety services. By utilizing the results, more reasonable IoT/AI home-care service provision strategy could be settled in line with the overall demand of service stakeholders
