There is an opposition movement against AWS, and society is amazed that artificial intelligence dominates humans with the small error of the Facebook Chatbot. In the meantime, one company holds a great deal of conversation with humanoid robots and circles around the world. Also, a man died due to a miscarriage of an autonomous vehicle and a robot was actually granted citizenship. The norm is a standard expected to be recognized by all members of society. However, why do ethics and norms seem to be consistent in spite of the lack of social consensus? This study emphasizes the misconceptions about technical attributes of A.I. and the paradox inherent in essential concepts of A.I. Eventually, the phenomenon in which A.I. normative discourse is concentrated in humans is derived from our shortage that we can’t fully understand humans. Therefore, stakeholders should encourage understanding of human beings, and designers should establish professional ethics with humanistic and moral literacy. Be aware that the unfinished technology should not deceive the world and that it ultimately results in a shrinking artificial intelligence research, so that it has the best ethics in terms of community.
