In this article we define new sequence spaces and introduce the notion of λ-almost statistical convergence of weight ?g : [0,∞) → [0,∞) where ?g(yr) → ∞ for any sequence (yr) in [0,∞) with yr → ∞.
Additionally, we primarily investigate relationship between the spaces ?Sgλ and [?Vgτ,λ,Λ] .
