This study is to explore the effect of fine art activity on the cognitive function and sentiment of students with learning difficulty.The steps of study were; selection of study objects, advance examination, planning or fine art program, fine art program execution and post examination.The fine art program for students with learning difficulty had been done in “H” Art Education Therapy Center for 9 months. The program consisted of 50 sessions, which had been given once or twice every week. Each session took 50 minutes.Regarding the analysis methods, neuropsychological test and K-WISC-IV test had been used for cognitive function test. For the sentiment test, BGT, test for cognition, sentiment and character, had been used.The results suggested that fine art activity is very effective in the cognitive function improvement of students with learning difficulty. It also had positive effect on the sentiment of students with learning difficulty.It is difficult to generalize the result of this study because this study was based on a single case; however, the study has its significance in learning the effect of fine art activity on learning difficulty and suggesting a new direction for the medical treatment of students with learning difficulty in the fine art area.
