This study purposes to figure out the relationship between the Job satisfaction of hotel employees, who are the independent variables, and the customer-orientation, the dependent variable, and propose the importance of the work management for hotel enterprises to achieve the target through the empirical analysis between two factors. Moreover, this intended to propose the policy plan and the implications in the aspect of employee management that is important for the hotel management by analyzing the differences in demographics according to the Job satisfaction and customer-orientation. As a result of the analysis, first of all, the job satisfaction of hotel employees had an effect on customer-orientation. That is, joy of work, desire to work, voluntary work implementation, work concentration, and responsibility to work had effects on orientations for customers. Second, the satisfaction of hotel employees according to the gender had partial means in difference verification. Third, the work satisfaction of hotel employees by age and positions showed high level of joy of work and work desire from employees and assistant manager group however, positions higher than assistant manager or manager showed low satisfaction in voluntary implementation, work concentration and responsibility.
