The purpose of this study is to suggest plans and strategies to build a core base for the global video industry in consideration of the video industry ecosystem in Gyeongsangbuk-do. Therefore, in this study, in order to draw implications, we first analyzed 5 infrastructures that fostered the domestic video industry. Afterwards, a model for the creation of a Gyeongbuk film industry infra was presented, and a support program and an integrated facility space plan were established considering the conditions of the Gyeongbuk film industry, so that post-production work could be carried out in Gyeongbuk. However, it was confirmed that it was necessary to improve the customer attraction strategy according to the surrounding settlement conditions and living convenience facilities, synergy strategy and networking of tourism and other industry convergence, and video industry promotion organizations and specialized programs.
