This research aims to examine the issue of sexual violence in the context of physical education. In order to prevent sexual violence and promote a culture of gender equality, the purpose of this study is to investigate the techniques and obstacles associated with the implementation of smart health initiatives in Korea. Examining sexual violence-related smart health case studies will do this. This study reviewed relevant scholarly literature on sexual violence in physical education to attain this goal. The analysis also examined developing research patterns to determine the need for modifying and enhancing current interventions and the importance of creating a support structure and resources that emphasize victims" needs and well- being. Next, we examined Allive, a program for sexually abused women. The IOC"s Sexual Harassment and Abuse initiative, the EU"s VOICE program, and the US"s Fair Play initiative are also examined in this study. These programs were chosen as case studies to examine this issue"s different remedies. Our talk concluded with a look at smart health"s methods and challenges in Korea"s sports industry. The potential influence of implementing smart health apps in the policy and academic spheres of the Korean sports sector is highlighted in this study. It has been suggested that integrating this topic into athletic activities could help overcome the problem of sexual assault in sports and spread a society where men and women are treated equally.
