Double outlet right ventricle is a type of congenital cardiovascular malformation in which the heart’s aorta and pulmonary artery are connected to the right ventricle. Taussig-Bing anomaly is a subtype of double outlet right ventricle with anterior ventricular septal defect below the pulmonary valve. This report presents the dental treatment of a 2-year-old boy with Taussig-Bing anomaly under general anesthesia. He visited the department of pediatric dentistry, Seoul National University Dental Hospital with a chief complaint for dental caries of the maxillary primary anterior teeth. Based on the clinical examination and radiological data, caries treatment of the maxillary primary anterior teeth under general anesthesia was planned in consideration of the age and the history related to systemic diseases of the patient. The general anesthesia procedure was conducted safely. The patient received restorative and pulp treatment successfully, and no side effects were observed. Thereafter, it is considered that periodic check-ups and preventive measures are necessary in relation to the general condition of the child.
