The purpose of this study is to derive an appropriate location selection process for planning an urban regeneration-linked lifestyle hotel through comparative analysis. The location of cities, counties, and districts was identified, and tourism resources were classified in detail. Finally, Danyang and Buyeo, the final candidate sites, were divided into tourist attraction accessibility, tourism resource characteristics, and living facility distribution, and Danyang was selected as the final target site through location requirements analysis. This will be used as data on future lifestyle design directions linked to urban regeneration.
