This study was conducted to identify tangible clues to securing the competitiveness of delivery app service companies. The specific research objectives are as follows. First, check the delivery app online service quality factors. Second, it is to confirm the influence of the online service quality experienced by delivery app users on the user"s attitude, intention to reuse, and intention to recommend. To achieve the research purpose, previous studies on research variables were reviewed. In addition, to confirm the relationship of influence between each research variable, a survey was conducted on 250 people in their 20s and 30s from March 20 to 27, 2023. To analyze empirical data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS 26, and Lisrel 9.1 was used to verify hypotheses. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First. efficiency, privacy, interesting, and technical effort were identified as online service quality factors perceived by delivery app users. Second, it was confirmed that the service quality factors experienced by delivery app users had a significant impact on app user satisfaction. Third, it was confirmed that delivery app users" satisfaction had a significant impact on their intention to reuse and recommend.
