Inter-changeability between ‘bu+X‘ and ‘mei+X‘ refers that ‘bu‘ and ‘mei‘ represent the same meaning when used in front of same verb. In this paper, We analyzed the verbs that appeared in previous studies, and that Corpus results are : ‘mei‘ can be expressed as ‘existence negation‘ , ‘past negation‘ and ‘objective negation‘; also affected by collocation adverb, aspect mark. ‘bu/mei+X‘ inter-changeabillity ismostly made up of ‘mei+X‘. In view of this, we can guess negative adverb ‘mei is in the process of Evolution. We will consider about typological approach(dialect study, Diachronic study).
