French sports council in accordance with an increase in the proportion of social participation in sports, suggest the future direction of physical education. French sports councilcarries out the mission of public service through sports and tried a variety of intervention to meet the needs of the public. It is because the French Athletic Sports council and the Sports department determine the policy options through a process called "agreement" with the rapid social change. That policy is based on the autonomy and openess, pluarlism proactive citizen participation, and respect for diversity and unity. France sports Association receives financial support from the French Athletic has a democratic transition while participating in sports activities, to ensure that all citizens benefit. In this study, to learn the duties and roles of France and sport and the sports council and the sports review to identify. In other words, explore the roles and missions such as triangular system of the France and the French Sports Council were a logical structure to understand the French sports policies and provide basic data on sports policy research.
