Research related to marine leisure sports participants is studying the relationship with various variables to find a causal relationship to the participants'' psychological variables. However, these variables are studied only by participating variables in specific fields or events that participate in marine leisure sports in causal relationships. Therefore, it is time to study the resolution of risk perception for high-risk marine leisure sports and what are the active intervention variables in the field of marine safety. In other words, structural analysis of psychological variables such as sensation-seeking propensity, exercise behavior, exercise intention, and safety atmosphere of marine leisure sports participants is needed. The subjects of this study were adults participating in marine leisure sports as the population. Convenience sampling was used for the sampling subject. A total of 229 copies were used for the final analysis, excluding questionnaire data judged to be unreliable in the response content. Some of the collected questionnaires were not completed or reliable data were excluded from the analysis and then analyzed according to the purpose of the study with statistical packages SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the sensation-seeking tendency of participants in marine leisure sports has a direct structure that has a safe atmosphere. Second, it was found that the exercise behavior and exercise intention of marine leisure sports participants had a structure that partially mediated the sensation-seeking tendency and safety atmosphere.
