The emergence of robots utilizing large-scale LLM (Large Language Models) has sparked interest in sLM (small Language Models) and sLLM (smaller Large Language Models). Efficient updates of these models are crucial for incorporating new data, retraining, and model propagation. This study aims to provide updates using limited network bandwidth in situations like MCN (Mission Critical Network), where communication services are unavailable during war or disaster scenarios. We propose an OTA (Over-The-Air) update method suitable for various SDR (Software-Defined Robot) by enhancing the existing Learning update approach. Trough experimental evaluations targeting bandwidth efficiency, elapsed time minimization, and personalized update, we demonstrate fine-tuning performance across diverse scenarios. SDR OTA updates based on these learning updates enhance reliability and user satisfaction in various application domains, including industry, public safety, household, and small-scale robotics and IoT devices.
