This paper addresses the increasing misuse of real-time chat applications between teachers and parents by developing a specialized application that incorporates AI to filter negative interactions. Utilizing the KoBERT model, a Korean-optimized version of BERT, this research aims to enhance communication in educational settings by identifying and addressing negative sentiments using NLP and machine learning. Data was collected from actual educational environments and processed to classify emotions, with a focus on negative ones like anger and disgust. The study demonstrates that AI can significantly improve educational communication by filtering inappropriate content, thereby fostering better relationships between teachers and parents and enhancing the overall educational experience.
