The purpose of this study is to provide an educational plan to improve the quality of online sports education services by examining the relationship between online sports education service quality, student satisfaction, and educational outcomes. To sample the sample of the study, a non-probability sampling method, a convenience sampling method, was used, and the study subjects were surveyed using an online questionnaire by selecting a population centered on K University students who had taken online classes. A total of 400 copies were collected using the online and mobile app service G Company"s questionnaire program app. The research survey was conducted for 20 days from June 20 to July 10, 2023, and 376 valid samples of the collected answers were applied to the analysis of the results of this study, excluding 24 copies that were confirmed as erroneous answers. The following research results were derived for the research hypothesis to achieve the research purpose
First, it was found that among the sub-factors of online sports education service quality, confidence, empathy, tangibility, and reliability had a positive effect on student satisfaction in order. Second, it was found that among the sub-factors of online sports education service quality, reliability, certainty, empathy, and tangibility affect educational performance in order.
Therefore, this study showed that confidence, empathy, tangibility, and reliability, which are sub-factors of online sports education service quality, have a positive effect on student satisfaction and educational outcomes.
First, it was found that among the sub-factors of online sports education service quality, confidence, empathy, tangibility, and reliability had a positive effect on student satisfaction in order. Second, it was found that among the sub-factors of online sports education service quality, reliability, certainty, empathy, and tangibility affect educational performance in order.
Therefore, this study showed that confidence, empathy, tangibility, and reliability, which are sub-factors of online sports education service quality, have a positive effect on student satisfaction and educational outcomes.
