The purpose of this study is to divide airline educational training components into personal learning characteristics and educational training environment, and to verify the relationship between each factor, transfer of learning, job satisfaction, and service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior that airline cabin crew should ultimately cultivate.
The results of this study are expected to prepare a strategy to develop educational training programs to strengthen the capabilities of service workers as well as airline cabin crew members, and to provide broad implications for the direction of educational training support. In addition, the airline's educational training system will be reorganized to enhance the competitiveness of companies and suggest the right direction for efficient human resource management.
