This study selected a group of experts for sports hub schools to identify problems that need to be improved first from the perspective of experts. The purpose of this study was to increase the satisfaction and participation rate of students in sports hub schools through problem improvement, and to provide basic data for revitalizing sports hub schools by checking the performance related to sports-related entrance exams. This study adopted the Delphi research method to derive various opinions and priorities, and the third round of Delphi was conducted by selecting a total of 10 experts, centering on the school teachers related to the base schools. First, through the first round of the study, a total of 23 response results were derived for 'problems and improvement plans for the operation of sports hub schools', 'problems and improvement plans related to entrance examinations in sports departments', and 'operation and performance related to entrance exams'. Second, the opinions collected in the first round survey were categorized into three top items: 'operational program', 'management task', and 'operational performance', and priorities for a total of 16 detailed items were derived. Third, as a result of CVR verification on 16 detailed items derived from the second round survey, a high level of agreement was reached by the expert group in 14 items. In conclusion, problems related to the operation program, management work, and operation performance of the Physical Education base school were identified. It could be confirmed from the perspective of field experts, and the improvement of the derived problems could contribute to the revitalization of the Physical Education base school.
